Register a Team

Volunteer

Set-up

Set up banners at registration site. Set up tables and chairs at designated site area for registration, volunteers, family fun fair, award ceremony, water station, food stations, etc.

Pre-Registration

Welcome participants. Check-off name on registration form and hand-out team shirts. Direct to fields.

On-site Registration

Welcome participants. Collect money and have participants sign waiver form (if applicable). Direct to appropriate area.

Food and Water Stations

Maintain area and cleanness. Restock food and water as needed.

Front Gate

Sell tickets, check-in volunteers, vendors, umpires.

Gate Monitors

Monitor spectators and players making sure no food or beverage is brought onto the playing fields.

Restock food and water as needed. Maintain cleanliness of area.

Kid's World

Play with kids at the activity table. We have various games for kids. Monitor moonbounce for
children's safety.

Silent Auction

Staff/Monitor area.

Scorers Table

Assist in recording tournament scores, HR totals, and various statistics for the event's games.

Cooks

Assist in the preparation of Hot Dogs & Hamburgers.

Hair Boutique

Hair coloring and accessories for kids ages 3-12, we will have supplies.

Clean-Up and Trash Pick-Up

Break down tables, chairs and tents. Take down banners. Pick-up trash and containers and return to registration area.
